The founder of Think Creative Studio, Si originally started the company from his bedroom in 1991 whilst still at college. He quickly realised there was a niche for creativity on fast turnaround jobs and rapidly built up a loyal client base that soon outgrew its humble beginnings. Some 25 years later, he holds true to the principles of great customer service, creative flair and swift delivery. Passionate about design, he’s a hands-on business owner who heads up the studio team and guides the artistic direction of the company.
Si and Daz originally met at Art College and share a long history of working together. An ideas man and a real design chameleon, Daz brings a strong conceptual element to his work and is equally comfortable working across brand, print and digital. Meticulously crafted and executed work are his hallmark and as a prolific doodler and note taker, he’s never far from a notebook and pencil. Many years in the business have provided a sound understanding that great design must also be commercially viable, meaning that clients requirements are always practically as well as aesthetically met.
Fran cut her marketing teeth in the agency world, working for several large corporates before moving client side. Marketing Director for several years at a development company, she enjoyed the fast pace of the residential and commercial property sector, leaving to co-found a specialist consultancy in 2005. Her career has taken her far and wide with experience in the Automotive, Education, Property and Health & Beauty sectors. Though a strategist at heart, she’s just as happy in the Studio brainstorming ideas with the design team.
A truly experienced design industry professional, there isn’t much Kieron hasn’t worked on in his career. In his capacity as Studio Manager, he organises our busy studio to ensure that projects are delivered to deadline and on budget. A talented graphic designer, Kieron has worked for companies of all sizes including several years in the highly competitive online gaming industry. His understanding of print and technical procedures is second to none and he is also extremely accomplished at designing for digital platforms. If the brief is tricky, Kieron is your man.
A true strategic thinker, Jane is a rare find in the world of PR where brand and message can often be compromised at the expense of achieving coverage. Her intelligent and thoughtful approach honed over many years in the industry, coupled with extremely high levels of success on behalf of her clients, has garnered her a loyal following across a broad range of business sectors.
Our technical wizard, Steve heads up all web development projects. A lover of code and symmetry, he is extremely adept at taking a creative concept and adapting it in the logical and practical way necessary for success on a digital platform. A great listener, Steve designs technical solutions based on a sound understanding of what the client needs and is always looking for ways to improve the performance of our sites.
A brand and digital specialist, Hayden’s work is easily distinguished by his intelligent approach and love of creating well rounded, beautiful concepts. Known for capturing the essence of a brand very quickly, Hayden excels at translating ideas into engaging digital work that really delivers results. He sets his own exacting standards for his design work ensuring that a project never leaves the studio until he is completely happy with it.
Always looking into the latest technologies and techniques, Mark is a designer who is passionate about expanding ideas and making them sing across multiple formats. Happiest when researching something new and tenacious when it comes to problem solving, Mark excels at working quickly and is a deadline champion.
Emma is in charge of making sure we run smoothly and efficiently by keeping our financial matters in line. Accounts queries, contracts, registrations and all matters relating to the structure of the business are managed by Emma and she is a great first port of call for everything else in between!
